Charles David Todd, commonly known as Chuck Todd, is a renowned journalist who has served as the 12th moderator of NBC‘s Meet the Press and is still serving in that position. In addition, he is the Political Director for NBC News and hosts the daily version of Meet the Press Now that airs on NBC News Now.

Before becoming the anchor of Meet the Press, Chuck Todd served as the Chief White House reporter for NBC and as the presenter of The Daily Rundown on MSNBC.  In 2008, NBC News appointed Chuck Todd as their Chief White House Correspondent.

According to Steve Capus, President of NBC News, Chuck’s political analysis greatly impacted the election for President in 2008.

Chuck was aware that, as a consequence of his occupation and advanced age, he was steadily gaining weight. The fact that he was overweight and had added more than 200 additional pounds made him feel the unhealthiest.

After that, Chuck made a few adjustments to his typical daily routine. After taking some time away from his employment, Chuck formed a routine in which he would go running every day.

The renowned journalist started by running for one week, two weeks, and then for an extended period. His excitement level skyrocketed when he saw that his weight was beginning to go down.

Chuck has lost more than 30 pounds in the past four years, increasing his current weight to between 165 and 170 pounds. Since 2013, he has undergone significant transformations in his outward appearance and his way of living.

Chuck, who formerly had a hairless chin, has given it a classic goatee beard to give it the appearance of having hair there.

Chuck’s diet consists of many vegetables and fresh fruits he consumes almost daily. We can say that the renowned journalist is a vegetarian or vegan man.

Nevertheless, Chuck is still eating this diet until this day and is still on his weight loss journey.

Just like we said earlier, the workout routine that Chuck runs every single day because he has to be at work by six in the morning, he typically goes for a run between the hours of 4:30 and 5:30. Nevertheless, his workout routine is effective. He continues to perform it to this day.

Looking at his photo before he started his weight loss journey, Chuck looks like a chubby man and looks like a man who doesn’t go exercise at all. Nevertheless, after his weight loss, Chuck seems thin, much thinner, and he loses the fats in his chin.

He also looks much healthier and looks more confident. Currently, Chuck’s weight is approximately 62 kg (136lbs)
