Jeremy Wang, professionally known as Disguised Toast, is a renowned streamer, YouTuber, and internet personality. He is of mixed Taiwanese and Canadian ancestry.

Disguised Toast’s Weight Loss Journey
Disguised Toast gained a significant following with his broadcasts on Twitch, but in the middle of his career, he decided to switch to only streaming on Facebook Coming. Two years and one day later, on the 24th day of November 2021, he returned to Twitch for a second time.
On his 30th birthday, he posted a message to his Twitter account in which he stated that one of the objectives that he had set for himself was to put forward a tremendous effort in terms of being active, fit, and dressing better before reaching the age of 30s. During a year, the streamer shed a total of 30 pounds.

In one of his streams, Toast discusses the food he eats and how he attempted to count the number of calories he consumes. The streamer has mentioned that his typical breakfast consists of an oats bar and a shiitake mushroom chicken bowl.
