Jack Black’s Weight Loss Journey
Jack’s bandmate, Kyle Gass, appeared with a new look, and as soon as Black saw him, he began to feel uneasy about his appearance. The additional weight that Kyle was carrying has been shed, and he now appears to be thinner.
However, Black is having a hard time coping with the reality that he is the only member of the band who is overweight at this point. Black is currently making efforts, similar to those made by his fellow Bandmates, to reduce his body fat and improve his fitness.
Jack weighs 245 pounds, whereas Kyle weighs 225 pounds. Jack is concerned about his weight and feels as though he is not doing enough to address the issue.
After giving it some thought, Jack decided to embark on his own weight loss journey.
Jack Black’s Weight Loss Diet Plan
The renowned actor is a fan of fast food. So, we are able to imagine how challenging it would be for him to refrain from indulging in the consumption of such food.
During an interview, Jack discussed his struggle, stating that his issue is that he is perpetually craving fast foods such as macaroni and cheese as well as cheeseburgers. Which obviously isn’t great for his physical well-being.
He also stated that he is in the process of determining how to fight his desires. However, it appeared that Jack was not content with merely being able to stop himself since he was unable to resist the temptation.
The actor started using medicine to stop him from eating, but he had the impression that it did not have the desired effect. Therefore, he increases the dosage, which causes him to experience a negative effect, and he claims that now “he feels like a zombie.”
Despite this, Jack was aware that he needed to take action, so he started doing it again, even though he was aware that it is a dangerous method of weight loss.
Jack Black’s Workout Routine for Weight Loss
Unfortunately, there is not much information available regarding Black’s exercise routine. Although it is not hard to see, he makes it a habit to go for a walk first thing in the morning, which is a really beneficial thing to do.
In addition, Black goes to the gym on a regular basis to keep his body in tip-top shape.
