The only form of exercise that Lisa does daily is jumping on a little trampoline. She began her fitness routine by signing up for bounce classes at the Perspirology gym in Sea Bright, New Jersey.

Lisa mentioned in a post that her instructors show perfect technique and form, and Lisa also said that it is such a wonderful activity to participate in. Lisa stated that during her entire adult life, she has participated in physical activity, but she has never seen results like that.

According to her, the favorable results have led her to rely on the morning workout routine that lasts one hour. Lisa even has a small trampoline made up at her house to make sure that she doesn’t skip a single day of jumping.
